Building and Growing a Business

Module 1 explained how businesses work — value, models, markets, and profit. This module is about actually building one: turning an idea into something real, reaching customers, delivering reliably, keeping the money straight, leading people, and choosing whether and how to grow.

You will learn to find and test an opportunity before building it, reach the right customers, sell and price with integrity, run operations that deliver, manage cash so a profitable business does not run dry, lead a team and shape its culture, and set a strategy that decides not just what to do but what to refuse.

This module is general education, not business or investment advice; every venture is different, and most are hard.
