Communication & Argumentation · Module 2

Building Better Arguments

Module 1 was about being understood. This module is about being convincing — honestly. Constructing an argument that holds, persuading without manipulating, recognising when someone is manipulating you, and using all of it in the situations where communication is hardest: conflict, teams, and a room full of people.

It ends with the capstone, where you take a real position through the whole framework and present it.
